Donating a wig or topper to Wig Alchemy Phoenix is simple!
Follow these steps:
Donation Guidelines
- We accept gently used or new wigs made of both synthetic and natural hair.
- Ensure the wig or topper is clean, and in good condition. Avoid donating wigs that are severely damaged, excessively tangled, or beyond repair. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out for advice on preparing the wigs for donation. 919-867-7007
Prepare the Wig or Topper
- If the wig or topper is not clean, provide a light wash and detangle the wig using wig-friendly products. Dry thoroughly before shipping or dropping it off. This helps preserve its quality during transport and makes it easier for restoration.
Package Your Wig or Topper
- Place the wig or topper in a clean protective bag or box to prevent any damage during shipping or transport. Proper packaging ensures it arrives in good condition.
- Include a note with your first name (optional) if you’d like to have it given to the recipient of your wig or topper.
Fill Out Our Donation Form
- Download and complete our Wig Donation Form. This helps us track donations and express our gratitude.
Drop Off or Mail the Wig
- Drop off wigs at our shop between 10 am – 1 pm. Please call ahead to confirm availability of drop off time.
- Mail to Wig Alchemy, 220 W Main St, Clayton, NC 27520.
- Be sure to use a reliable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
